I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of total nursing experience in the medical and psychiatric fields.  My experience ranges from child and adult inpatient care to community mental health crisis stabilization. I have also worked as a renal nurse in an inpatient hospital with a focus on dialysis and mental health. I currently work as an NP in various mental health settings and utilizing different healing modalities.

My practice covers the treatment of mood disorders, trauma, psychotic disorders, and chronic mental illness through psychiatric assessment, medication management, and brief psychotherapeutic intervention for adult clients ages 18 years and older. I believe that physical health, mental health, and mindset change go hand in hand in promoting healing and better outcomes for my clients.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling, supporting women in business, networking, and spending time with my family.
